The website www.focus-focus.com provides Internet users with a presentation of the activities of FOCUS FOCUS, a company specializing in the sale of eyeglasses and corrective lenses.
Access to, consultation and use of the https://www.focus-focus.com website (hereinafter referred to as "focus-focus.com") are subject to unreserved acceptance of these General Terms of Use. The present conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the company FOCUS FOCUS and, on the other hand, the persons wishing to make a purchase via the website of the company FOCUS FOCUS (www.focus-focus.com), hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

PURPOSE
The purpose of the present conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale between FOCUS FOCUS and the user, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing an order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
ORDER
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as of the general terms and conditions of sale. Any dispute on this point will be settled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
FOCUS FOCUS undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. If a product is not available, FOCUS FOCUS undertakes to inform the user.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs will be specified to the customer when the order is confirmed.
Products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the user anywhere in the world.
Orders placed before 12:00 are prepared and dispatched the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the following day.
Delivery times run from this date. Except in the case of special operations, they will be, within the limits of available stocks, from 24h to 72h for France, and about 3 working days for foreign countries, depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.
Please note that the above delivery times may be longer during our special sales and/or promotions.
Delivery times are given as an indication by our transport service providers and may also vary according to the time of year.
In the event of absence, a delivery notice must be left in the recipient's letterbox. The customer has 15 days to collect it from the post office.
You can track your parcel at any time on the Mondial Relay, Chronopost, La Poste and DHL websites.
In the event of delay, FOCUS FOCUS cannot be held liable for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever may be made by the user against FOCUS FOCUS.
Note: For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are to be paid by the customer.
PRICES, PAYMENT AND INVOICING
Prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes, except for countries outside the European Union. These prices do not include handling charges (postage, packaging and preparation of the parcel according to the amounts in force). Any change in the applicable tax rate may be reflected in product prices. Prices are subject to change at any time after this date. However, prices cannot be modified once the customer's order has been placed. Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions are created or modified, either upwards or downwards, this change may be passed on to the selling price of the items on the FOCUS FOCUS site.
The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed for the duration of the on-line publication and within the limits of available stocks.
The final price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation.
Payment can be made by Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express. You can also pay via PayPal. Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order. As there is always a delay on the part of the banks, payment validation can sometimes take a day from order validation. The invoice for the product will be included in the parcel containing the ordered product.
If the bank refuses to debit a card or other means of payment, the Customer must contact the Vendor's Customer Service Department in order to pay for the order by any other valid means of payment.
If, for any reason whatsoever (opposition, refusal, etc.), it proves impossible to transmit the money owed by the Customer, the order will be cancelled and the sale automatically terminated.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items on sale cannot be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded. Sold-out or discontinued items will not be refunded.
For France and abroad, returns are at the buyer's expense and are only valid within fourteen working days from the date of receipt or collection of the parcel.

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a minimum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package containing the Products ordered to exercise his legal right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision. Customers who have made a purchase on the focus-focus.com website have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the package.
Customers exercising their right of withdrawal under the conditions stipulated in the present article, in terms of the time limit and procedures for returning products, may obtain a refund for their returned order, in accordance with article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method of refund.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may under no circumstances claim to exercise any right of withdrawal for orders of all products clearly personalized or made to their specifications.
In order to exercise this right, the Customer must inform FOCUS FOCUS of his/her wish to retract by contacting FOCUS FOCUS Customer Service within 30 days of the Order being placed at the following address by email to the following address: hello@focus-focus.com.
It is the user's responsibility to keep all proof and date of this return. In the case of an exchange, new delivery charges will be invoiced to customers. Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the parcel.
Please note that for returns outside the EU, we invite you to specify on the customs form that it is a "return", so as to obtain a "duty and tax paid" return (with no additional charges). We also invite you to include the original invoices in the return package, specifying which items are being returned.
WARRANTY ON PURCHASED PRODUCTS
All the Products sold on this Site are marketed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force and benefit from all the approvals necessary for their marketing. The compulsory displays required by the laws and regulations in force will be made on this Site, in particular in the summary estimate of the order and the description of each item.
In the event of a defect in a product purchased on this Site, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code relating to the legal protection of latent defects, Customers shall request exchange or reimbursement within two years of the date of discovery of the defect, and in accordance with Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code and in accordance with the regulations, if the good delivered does not meet the requirements, they shall request replacement or reimbursement within two years of receipt of the said product, in the sense given to the term in the above article.

In addition to the guarantee against hidden defects defined in the French Civil Code and the guarantee of good conformity defined in article L211-5 of the French Consumer Code, which may still apply to them and which is defined above, items purchased on the present site benefit from the conventional guarantee provided by the seller, the period and terms of which will be determined in accordance with the order. It is indicated in the quotation form sent in summary form and in the instructions for use for each product.(Article 1641 of the French Civil Code). This guarantee allows the customer who can prove the existence of hidden defects to choose between reimbursement of the price of the Product when it is returned, or non-reimbursement of part of the price.
